FAA interpretation of 2012 Congressional ruling

As most of you know, the FAA may soon issue some new, very strict rules regarding
the model airplane hobby.  An AMA e-mail of 7/17 breaks the legislation down into
understandable terms, and urges us to voice our concerns. This one's important!
