That's too bad.

I ordered a 3D EPP plane from them recently.  I got my order really fast but somehow they sent a completely different plane from the one I ordered.  That's when the trouble started.  6 weeks for a simple exchange.  That's it for me.

If they won't respond, assuming you paid by credit card, just dispute it and get a refund.

Thanks, Red.  Luckily it didn't end like that.  What I meant was that they did correct their error but that it took six weeks to do it.
