What's the goop on Parkzone kits?

Anyone know what's the goop they use on the parkzone kits? It's white, rubbery and seems to stick well to plastics.
Thanks,
Patrick

Glue?
. Seriously, I think its some type of silicone based glue that I have never seen. My guess is that it is convienent and cheap for large factory production runs, and may need special tools or equipment to apply (heat, or two part mixing) I am just guessin here. 2 part epoxy or foam safe CA seems to get the job done on the parkzone foam.
